Our mission is singular: to raise funds to support the mission of Open Health Care Clinic—a Federally Qualified Health Center (FQHC)—to provide high-quality medical, dental, and mental health care to all, regardless of income or insurance status.
About Open Health Care Clinic
A Legacy of Care: Established in 1995 as HIV Alliance for Region Two, Inc. (HAART) to address the rise of HIV cases, the organization expanded its scope to serve the entire underserved community. In 2015, we became an FQHC, now doing business as Open Health Care Clinic.
Today, serving over 13,000 individual patients, Open Health provides critical, comprehensive healthcare in areas including:

- Mental Health & Behavioral Health
- Women's Health
- Sexual Health
- Infectious Diseases
- Dental Care & Podiatry
