Since 1997, Oregon healthcare providers have gained valuable language and cultural learning via our Healthcare en Español Immersion Program. They have lived with Spanish-speaking-only Oregon families while learning in health care settings serving primarily Hispanic patients.
We are not currently scheduling a cohort for this program. Employers or funders interested in sponsoring slots in a future Healthcare en Español cohort should contact Gary Wappes at gwappes@ohcc.org.
