Accounting Clerk

Open Health Care Clinic is seeking a part-time team member to join our team to work approximately 20 hours per week. The Accounting Clerk will perform the following tasks:

  • Scanning/filing AP files, bank deposits and other documentation.
  • Reconciling individual invoices to statements for major vendors.
  • Reconciling packing slips to invoices.
  • Other tasks as assigned by accounting staff

Senior Accountant

The Senior Accountant is responsible for general ledger accounting, internal/external financial reporting, budgeting, auditing/internal control, cash management, backup for bi-weekly payroll and leadership of the accounting department.

Case Manager

Case Manager to conduct comprehensive assessment of patient needs to enroll in PrEp/PEP and HCV programs. Case manager will evaluate client readiness, develop work plans to meet client needs, conduct follow up with clients to improve adherence and document in EHR. These initiatives and programs may be disease specific and may include Core Measures, physician peer review, national data registries, and special projects.
